Sassa is a Swedish indie pop artist who creates music that stems from the deepest parts of her soul. Echoing the reflective and expressive soundscapes of artists like Regina Spektor and Agnes Obel, her songs are born from a lifetime of emotions and the courage to finally embrace her creative voice.

From an early age, music was Sassa’s language of expression. She learned to read sheet music before words, first mastering the violin and later the piano, where she spent countless hours playing the music she loved. However, it wasn’t until her late thirties that she began crafting her own songs, breaking free from the weight of insecurities and daring to reveal the depth of her emotional self.

Sassa sings her songs straight from her heart. Her introspective lyrics delve into relationships, personal struggles, and unrequited love as she immerses herself in the feelings she has held inside her entire life. Her piano-driven compositions, like pieces of her soul, portray a delicate yet powerful emotional depth and resonance, emerging from her most profound self.
