Irrfärd is a Swedish electropop artist who enjoys creating music about all angles of human experience. Carrying the torch of other Swedish electropop icons like Familjen, Llojd and Robyn, his songs resonate with audiences by capturing the most profound and trivial aspects of life. Influences also include a wider depth of artists with names like Povel Ramel or Cornelis Wreeswijk.

Irrfärd’s musical journey has taken him through many different paths and personal identities. He learned to play the guitar as an early teenager, exploring its many possibilities as a songwriter. His initial dislike for the piano at a young age slowly evolved into a passion for keyboards, transitioning from the guitar to embrace the synthesizers (and eventually the piano), which became an essential part of his musical identity.

Crafting songs about various facets of life, Irrfärd’s music delves into the vast spectrum of emotions in all kinds of occurrences. He has written songs about a wide range of experiences, from the ordinary to the transcendental. His skill as a songwriter enables him to effortlessly convey his emotional reflections and lighthearted thoughts, allowing the music to flow seamlessly through it all.

Irrfärd released his self-titled debut EP in 2020, followed by various singles over the past two years. In 2023, he signed with Rexius Records, ready to continue exploring the diverse tapestry of life with his captivating music.
