ABEYBABY is a Ugandan-Swedish hip hop artist who fuses multiple cultural and artistic influences to craft a unique sound. Inspired by artists like Kendrick Lamar, Outkast, and Lil Wayne, his songs reflect his views on life through cheeky, imaginative lyrics and eclectic beats.

Music has always been an integral part of ABEYBABY’s life. His love for singing and dancing came naturally during his childhood in Uganda, where he also learned to play traditional instruments. After moving to Sweden, he found a powerful creative outlet in hip hop, becoming passionate about the flow and sound of both American and British hip hop and blending genres like grime, trap, and afrobeats.

ABEYBABY’s songs reflect his grind, life experiences, dreams, and the limitless scenarios of his imagination. His wordplay touches on subjects like love, hate, war, emotions, politics, childhood memories, random thoughts, or even small and big asses with an easygoing, at times humorous perspective. His lyrics effortlessly balance humor and depth, tackling both traumatic and funny moments with the cheekiness of someone who refuses to take life too seriously.

ABEYBABY released his debut EP Jungle Booty I in 2020, along with the duo Love & Axel, who have been some of his closest collaborators. He also released his first album RENT FREE in 2023 and various singles over the past four years.

In 2024, ABEYBABY signed with Rexius Records, ready to continue sharing his authentic voice with the world.
