“Holy Ghosts” – A Fierce Cry of Resistance

Greybeards Unleashes Its Latest Anthem

Swedish rock band Greybeards is set to release its latest single, “Holy Ghosts,” on October 25th. Blending the influence of bands like Foo Fighters and Biffy Clyro with an emo vibe reminiscent of bands like Saosin, the song’s infectious chorus and hard-hitting lyrics resonate with themes of resistance and liberation.

“Holy Ghosts” is a powerful social and political critique inspired by the band’s reaction to the recently approved abortion ban in Poland by an ultra-conservative party. The song captures the oppressive force of old men who resist change from their positions of power, and the hopeful defiance of the oppressed.

Written and produced by the band, the track’s intense vocal delivery and arena rock chorus are bound to captivate fans with their rebellious energy, blending elements of rock and metal to shape an electrifying call to arms. The song was also mixed by Henrik Persson and mastered by Grant Berry.

Since forming in 2012, Greybeards have made a name for themselves with their energetic live performances and relentless touring across Europe and beyond. With two albums under their belt and an upcoming EP, the band is ready to reach new heights following their signing with Rexius Records in 2022.

Don’t miss the release of “Holy Ghosts” on October 25th, and get ready to experience the full force of Greybeards’ electrifying new song.
