Thurman’s musical journey took a definite turn during a challenging period of injury while in the military. Leveraging his hardship into passion, he immersed himself in music, enriching listeners with his honest songs and distinctive country sound. Thurman’s path has had impressive milestones, such as charting 18 weeks on the Country Breakout Charts and helping raise over $20K for the victims of the California Camp fire in Butte County through his charity single “My Hometown.”

After relocating to Nashville, Thurman refined his songwriting and performance skills while playing in the iconic Nashville music scene. He has shared his magnetic energy across numerous Nashville festivals, the renowned Bluebird Café, and various other venues, while also touring the West coast and Midwest as an opening act.
